Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care Now Serving Denver, CO

COLORADO (April 4, 2016) - Seasons Hospice & Palliative Careis honored to be able to begin caring for patients in the Denver metropolitan area. Seasons will begin providing patient-focused care to the community beginning April 4, 2016.

Seasons believes that each patient we serve is the expert in their own care. Through our personalized care plans we hope to help those facing the end of life make every minute meaningful and pain-free. A team of highly-skilled healthcare professionals, which includes physicians (certified in hospice and palliative care), skilled nurses, certified nurse’s assistants, licensed clinical social workers, music therapists, chaplains, and volunteers are available to help patients meet the challenges of symptom management and psychosocial needs brought on by a terminal illness.

“We are excited to now serve Denver, and to be able to offer our unique programs to the community,” said Soto Flouris, Executive Director. “The Seasons mission is ‘Honoring Life ~ Offering Hope’, and we will work tirelessly to bring the highest level of compassionate care to patients and families in Denver and the surrounding communities.”

Seasons also offers a wide range of unique programs that we have developed in our 19 years of patient-focused care, including Music Therapy, Open Access, Namaste Care, We Honor Veterans, and Seasons Remembered: Leaving a Legacy program. To address spiritual needs we have non-denominational chaplains as well as specialized faith based services like our spiritual Jewish Hospice Services.

Seasons will be serving the counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield City and County, Denver City and County, Clear Creek, Douglas, Gilpin, Jefferson, Weld, Park, and Boulder City and County.
