Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care to Host Open House in Portland

Portland (December 31, 2014) -Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care will be celebrating the Open House of their new office at 6500 SW Macadam Ave Suite 160 in Portland. Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care of Oregon is excited to now be serving the communities of Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington.


Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care of Oregon offers several services that enhance the quality of end-of-life care for patients. These services include Music Therapy, Open Access, Namaste Care, and Continuous Care. A team of highly-skilled healthcare professionals, which includes physicians (certified in hospice and palliative care), skilled nurses, certified nurses assistants, licensed clinical social workers, music therapists and chaplains, are available to help patients meet the challenges of symptom management and psychosocial needs brought on by end-of-life care.


“We are very excited that the Portland office is now accepting patients,” said Leeanne Sutton, Executive Director.  “We are very proud of our professional clinicians and the level of education that we have received from Seasons. We are extremely thrilled to serve our community, with increased access to continuous care, a high level Dementia program, called “Namaste Care” as well as serving the community with our full time Music Therapist. We feel confident that we will meet the needs of this community.”

Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care will be hosting an Open House for the community on Tuesday, February 3 2015 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at 6500 SW Macadam Ave Suite 160 in Portland.
